Community Rules and Guidelines

Let's put the spotlight on our shared values and leave the drama behind.
We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment! Healthy debates are natural but biting tones of voice only make things worse for everyone. Kindness wins every time.
Respect for All Members:
All members should be respectful of each other, regardless of differences in opinions, backgrounds, and experiences. Avoid personal attacks, name-calling, or other forms of disrespectful behaviour.
Professionalism:
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity when communicating with other members, promoting your business or sharing information. Avoid spamming or posting irrelevant content.
Confidentiality:
Keep all confidential and proprietary information of other members private and secure. Do not share or disclose any confidential information without prior consent from the relevant member.
Collaboration:
Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the community. Share your experiences, insights, and successes with other members, and be willing to offer support and help where needed.
Constructive Criticism:
Provide constructive criticism and feedback to other members in a positive and helpful manner. Avoid criticizing members' ideas or businesses in a way that is not constructive.
Stay Relevant:
Stay current with the latest trends, tools and technologies in the online world, and share valuable insights and information with other members.
Promotion:
At other members' request, feel free to promote your business or products, but do so respectfully and not spammy way.
No Spamming:
Avoid excessive self-promotion or posting irrelevant content. Do not engage in spamming or unsolicited commercial messages. Content that is deemed spammy will be deleted.
Conflict Resolution:
If a conflict arises between members, attempt to resolve the issue through respectful and professional communication. If necessary, reach out to a moderator for assistance.
Adherence to Guidelines:
Adhere to these community guidelines and any additional guidelines established by the community moderators. Failure to do so may result in removal from the community.
Active Participation:
Encourage active participation in discussions and other community activities, and contribute to the growth and success of the community.
No Unlawful Conduct:
Do not engage in any illegal or unethical conduct or post any illegal or unethical content.
No Hate Speech:
Do not engage in hate speech or promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics.
Copyright Infringement:
Do not post or share any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright and trademark infringement.
Personal Data Protection:
Respect the privacy of other members and do not collect, store, or use any personal data without their prior consent.
Neutral Language:
Use neutral language and avoid language that could be considered offensive or inflammatory.
Seek Help:
If you need assistance, contact a moderator or a community administrator or send us a message.
Encourage Diversity:
Encourage diversity and inclusiveness in the community, and respect the opinions and perspectives of all members.
Be Open-Minded:
Be open-minded and willing to consider new ideas and perspectives. Avoid being overly critical or dismissive of others' views and opinions.
Be Helpful:
Be supportive of other members, and encourage a positive and collaborative community environment.
Don't harass.
You know if you are hurting the community.
We expect you to be a respectful participant in our community. You may not attack someone or post something inappropriate, or be rude and aggressive towards other members of the community! This includes anything that disrupts this space for everyone - misinformation will not fly here either so stay on topic if possible.
Don't solicit business.
It is strictly forbidden to solicit business, either publicly in the group or through private messages. The community admins and moderators reserve the right to delete any posts that solicit business and will review to remove the partner group who solicit business publicly or in DMs.
Summary
There is no place for illegal or profane content in our community. We also do not allow spamming or intimidating behaviour towards other community members.
Member accounts might also be shut down without warning for posting threatening messages!
There are five ways you can make sure your post doesn't break these rules:
Read through them carefully before posting anything
Don't do anything illegal
Don't threaten, harass, or bully anyone
Check if there's another thread associated with what it relates too
Make sure personal information has not been shared
